Jam drummer Rick Buckler dies at 69
His former drummer Rick Buckler died at the age of 69, and his former partner confirmed on social media.
Jam became famous in the punk and New Wave era of the late 1970s and was known for its inspiring fashion and musical renaissance.
The band is led by singer and guitarist Paul Weller, who posted on X his “shock and sadness” about Buckler’s death.
Bassist Bruce Foxton said he was “destructive”.
