The competition will be held from February 19 to March 9 and will be held in Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates.
This is the first global ICC event held in Pakistan since 1996, due to security issues 2009 terrorist attacks.
Karachi, Rawalpindi and Lahore will host the competition, with major renovations in all venues.
However, any matches involving India – including potential semifinals and finals – will be held at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium in the UAE (detailed description).
Eight teams have been divided into two group stages until March 2.
The team played three other aspects in their group at one time and made the first two advances in the semifinals held on March 4 and 5. The final is March 9th.
A match will be played every day in the group stage, all starting at 09:00 GMT. Pakistan plays New Zealand in Karachi in the opener.
The official warm-up match was Afghanistan vs. Pakistan XI (February 14), New Zealand v. Afghanistan (February 16), and then South Africa and Bangladesh vs. two Pakistan XIS ​​(February 17).
The traditional pre-tournament event, including all eight captains and official photos, has been cancelled.
This is due to the late arrival of some teams and Australia is expected to arrive in Lahore on February 19.
India is expected to have a warm-up match with Bangladesh or the UAE to familiarize itself with the conditions. The match date has not been confirmed yet.
