Explore the Living Lands in Avowed, Now on Xbox Game Pass
If you’ve been counting the day when Obsidian was announced, then the wait is over. The final subscribers of the game pass can now dive in and explore the survival lands that are avoided.

Microsoft brought the game to Game Pass Ultimate subscribers in April 2024, and now the company brings it to Game Pass Standard subscribers. This game is like the cross between Elden Ring and the classic game Ecco The Dolphin. You play as a hermit crab who starts pursuing buying back your shell. You will have to use the trash of the ocean to protect yourself from huge enemies and will also learn why the ocean is contaminated with trash. Who knows, maybe you’ll see Ariel’s Thingsbobs collection there.
Eiyuden Chronicle: One Hundred Heroes (Console)
If you are a standard subscriber for the game pass, be prepared to collect your friends and allies to participate in this JRPG. You have to create a party of six heroes in over 100 – after all, it’s a name when you start venturing through the war-ridden continent. You can also manage a small town and play mini games along the way.
Starfield (Xbox Series X/S)
Game Pass Standard Subscribers can explore this spacious sci-fi RPG from the same studio that makes Elders Reels V: Skyrim and Fallout 4. You play as a miner who discovers an alien artifact, which makes the entire star cross the chain reaction. The main story follows you as you try to unlock the secrets of this artifact, but you can explore over 1,000 planets, interact with colonies and outposts, and create your own stories.
Kingdom Two Crowns (Cloud and Console)
Microsoft removed the game from Game Pass a few years ago, and now the company has brought it back to service. In this 2D adventure strategy game, you must build your own kingdom during the day to protect it from the threat of greed from night attacks. You will then conquer the distant lands in order to stop the threat of greed once and for all.
Games leaving the game pass
When Microsoft added those six games to different levels of Xbox Game Pass, the company also removed seven other games from the service. So if you want to complete your campaign or any accompanying tasks in these games, you must purchase it separately.
