A woman is looking for a man after being seriously injured in an incident at a rural bar near 7oaks.
Kent police said they were asked to “harassment” on three carriages on the main road of Kneholt after 19:00 GMT on Friday.
The officers attended with the Southeast Coast ambulance service and found a woman in her 40s “severely injured.”
Witnesses reported to the BBC and local media that they were told the woman had been shot, although police have not confirmed it yet.

Steve Maines, a parish MP for Knockholt, told the BBC that he heard a “combust” outside the venue and was told that someone was shot.
He said: “We sat at Valentine’s Day dinner when we suddenly heard this huge commotion outside the parking lot.
“We were told that someone was shot, so we had to leave.”
A notice on the bar’s Facebook page said it will be closed on Saturday, “a tragic incident outside the bar last night.”

These three horseshoes are located about five miles (8 km) northeast of 7oaks.
A Kent Police Department spokesman said: “The suspect, a man believed to be aware of the victim, left the area and is currently outstanding.
“A inquiry is underway to find him and determine the whole situation.”
BBC reporter Daniel Maclaren said Saturday morning that the area around the bar is still blocked with police videotapes.
Police stood at the scene to prevent entry.
