Bobsleigh World Cup: GB’s Brad Hall & Taylor Lawrence win overall two-man bronze
Brad Hall led Britain to a second overall bronze medal in World Cup pair Bobsleigh in his final match of the season with fifth place.
Pilot Hall and teammate Taylor Lawrence repeated their feats since 2023, when they became the first British couple to win the event’s total medal.
They managed two podiums in eight World Cup games this season and never surpassed the top six as they accumulated 1,530 points in the overall standings – better than Germany’s Adam Ammour He is fourth with 40 points higher.
Germany’s doubles Olympic champion Francesco Friedrich ranked seventh, holding his two-time champion with 1,745 points, while fellow compatriot Johannes Lochner ranked second .
Lochner led two-fifths in Friedrich, winning the season finale with Lillehammer in a total of 40.99 seconds.
Ammour finished the podium with Switzerland’s Michael Vogt ranked fourth, while the fifth-placed lobby had a pace of 0.62 seconds.
Hall, 34, and Lawrence, 28, will again compete in the Norwegian track on Sunday for the final race of the four-man season and with Leon Greenwood and Alan ·Arran Gulliver competes together.
