Assistant coach Rob Howley left Wales as interim owner Matt Sherratt changed his squad and staff.
Sherratt is appointed as the remaining three games in six countries Warren Gatland leaves his head coaching role After recording a record game in 14 consecutive games.
Howley, a long-time assistant to Gatland, left with the New Zealander, despite the Welsh Rugby Union saying he still remains despite his resignation for the rest of his six countries. The contract will continue.
Cardiff head coach Sherratt also called three players, who have been in the Welsh capital, Jarrod Evans and Gareth Anscombe has worked with center Max Llewellyn.
Harlequins 10 Evans and Gloucester Paier Anscombe and Llewellyn are both absentees in six countries on the original Welsh team in Gatland.
However, reinforcements were needed due to a knee injury, defender Liam Williams and center Owen Watkin were released.
Evans and Anscombe will add Wales’ limited options for the fly halftime, while Ospreys’ youngster Dan Edwards is the only real 10 on the team Man, although Ben Thomas of Cardiff was asked to play there, although he played for his club at the age of 12.
