Pakistan v South Africa: Mohammad Rizwan and Salman Agha hit centuries in record chase
Pakistan continues to prepare for their championship trophy defense, defeating South Africa with six goals as they scored the highest one-day international competition chase in history.
Both Mohammad Rizwan and Salman Agha broke for centuries, and Pakistan overhauled South Africa’s total of 353-5, with six balls available for backup.
The two shared the fourth door stall in Pakistan’s ODI record for 260 years, and Rizwan won his first in four centuries and Salman’s first.
Rizwan hit nine fours and three sixes in an unbeaten 122 goals in 128, while Salman’s 103-bang knocks had 134 goals with 16 fours and 2 Six points.
Pakistan will now play New Zealand in Friday’s three-game final.
Pakistan’s pursuit made them progress in defeating Australia 349-4 in March 2022.

Earlier, South Africa won the toss and scored 50 points in Karachi National Bank Cricket Arena and first beat South Africa.
Heinrich Klaasen reached 56 goals and 87 in Proteas, while Temba Bavuma and Matthew Breetzke hit Shaheen Afridi 2-66 with 82 and 83 respectively.
Breetzke’s knock continued to move to Odis – 233 matches in two games – he followed him First debut at 150 There is another game.

One concern in South Africa is the thumb injury suffered by goalkeeper Klaasen, who left the field in the 32nd edition and handed the gloves to Kyle Verreynne.

South Africa faces Afghanistan in its first match on February 21.
