2034 World Cup: Saudi Arabia will not allow any alcohol during tournament says ambassador
The country’s ambassador to the UK said alcohol is not allowed at Saudi Arabia’s 2034 World Cup.
In an interview with LBC, Prince Khalid bin Bandar Saudi said that during the tournament, the hotel will not sell alcohol anywhere, including the hotel.

Asked if this means if fans can drink when they return to the hotel, just like at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, he added: “No, there is no alcohol at all.
“Just like our weather, it’s a drought country.
“Everyone has their own culture. We’re happy to embrace people at the boundaries of our culture, but we don’t want to change the culture of others.”
