Hands on: Box Business Plus review

Small and medium-sized enterprises that want cloud File Sharing Services that are neatly entering existing workflows will like Boxbecause it offers more application integration than most competitors – actually over 1,500. Better yet, administrators can control which third-party applications are available, and users can browse and install them directly from their personal web portals.
But, there are more boxes. Users board the plane quickly and they will find the web portal very easy to use. It begins with an overview of all its files and folders and shows the latest documentation at the top. The left menu bar allows you to click to access all tools including notes, relays, and canvas.
When sharing content with team members, users can apply one of seven access rights, ranging from view only to full editing rights, and are notified when anyone accesses them. Box Collections is an intelligent feature that allows users to organize files, folders, and web links in personal logical groups in their web portal without creating new shared folders for them.
Install the local box drive application from the sync page of the portal and you will receive a mapped drive and quickly access it cloud document. You can tag any offline access permissions, so download and store them locally and change them back to the cloud when Internet access is restored.
Microsoft Team Users will find that the box app is worth adding. We added it to the Teams desktop application and after logging in to the box account, it came up with an interface that was almost a perfect replica of the web portal.
Business Plus supports unlimited external collaborators – People outside the organization are invited to work with you on shared files. They need a box account to access them, but this is not a spoiler, because when we share files using an email address outside the account domain, the user is prompted to create a free box single account that offers 10GB of cloud storage and 250MB File upload restrictions.
There are no such restrictions for file upload requests, as external users do not need box accounts. The user selects a folder, creates a file request, pastes a web link into an email, and then sends it to the recipient, who drags the required files into the web page to send them.
