Ange Postecoglou: ‘Judge me but don’t criticise my outstanding Spurs players’
Although a big week of Tottenham’s season ended with painful disappointment, it will at least avoid postecoglou’s bruises team playing repeatedly twice a week, allowing them to return players to the UEFA European League success and climb to the top of the Premier League.
As the last 16 Europa League didn’t happen until March, the Spurs played three league games against Manchester United in the next three weeks, Ipswich Town and Manchester City.
PosteCoglou hopes to see signs of recovery from the currently unconfident squad.

Despite Postecoglou’s praise, fellow Dubliners said he believes members of Tottenham are currently “hiding”.
“Players who should be selected should not be confident that they should be placed where they should be, and they will not support themselves,” Dublin said.
“We used to call it Hidden, into a place where you can’t receive it. Son Heung-Min, who is their best player, is going through that stage.”
