Newport man wants to buy tip where he lost £620m fortune

A computer engineer who lost £620 million in bitcoin wanted to buy the tips he thought was buried.
James Howells of Newport claims His ex-girlfriend mistakenly drives the hard drive In 2013, it included 8,000 bitcoins.
He tried to sue the city council to access the site on Newport’s docking method or receive £495 million in compensation, but His case was rejected by a judge.

Mr Howells also wishes to appeal to Judge Kathor’s decision to dismiss the case.
The judge said there was no reason for this claim and no “realistic prospect” to succeed in the trial.
He ruled that too much time had passed between the lost hard drive and the filing of a claim.
