Galaxy S25 Ultra vs. S25 and S25 Plus: In-Depth Specs and Features Comparison
Samsung launches new Samsung Galaxy S25 A series of mobile phones Unpackaged events In San Jose, California, the phone company is there radiating many new AI features, as well as a few hardware improvements to last year’s phone. If you’re curious about the latest and greatest Samsung phones, it’s Galaxy S25 Ultra Specifications are compared to those of the standard Galaxy S25 and S25 Plus.
The prices of these three phones are the same as last year Galaxy S24 HomeBut they all saw the change: the standard $800 S25 has all the new AI tips and upgrades, the $1,000 S25 plus it builds on more storage and batteries to the larger form of the phone; Premium (and most expensive) model, $1,300 S25 Ultrain terms of cameras and screens, it is definitely the best specification.
For everyone present, the unknown event has a last surprise to reveal: Galaxy S25 Edgeslim in the telephone generation, fourth sibling. Unfortunately, Samsung didn’t reveal much about the device, and we didn’t have any specs that we could compare to the specifications of the three well-known siblings, except for seeing its thinness on the display negative. Call the device a mystery, and if the rumors are believed, we can release it in the first half of this year.
That said, this is all the specifications of a lot of S25 phones.
Design and display
It’s hard to see the difference between last year’s phone and this year, because the overall appearance hasn’t changed much. But there are still visual differences between phones. Both the smaller S25 and the larger S25 and the larger S25 both have three phone lenses on the back, while the S25 Ultra has four. As in years, the Ultra model has a slot for extractable pen stylus to the right of the bottom edge.
Not surprisingly, the standard S25 is the lightest, weighing 162 grams (5.71 ounces), while the S25 Plus is heavier at 190 grams (6.7 ounces), and the S25 Ultra rises to 218 grams (7.69 ounces). The S25 and S25 plus both have standard aluminum frames, while the S25 Ultra has titanium. All three phones are rated as dust-proof and water-resistant.
Although all of this is added at a 1-120Hz refresh rate, the monitor is where the phone starts differently. The standard S25 has 6.2-inch HD resolution (2,340 x 1,080 pixels), while the larger S25 Plus has a 6.7-inch screen with a sharp 1440p resolution (3,120 x 1,440 pixels), and the S25 Ultra has a larger 6.9 ratio. Big 6.9 of 6.9. – Inch screen with the same 1440p resolution with anti-glare coating to help minimize reflection.
There is another unification factor: for years, the S25 Ultra has a curved screen, just like its smaller siblings. Another trace of the note series, the flat edge of the screen disappeared. The maximum peak brightness of the mobile phone screen is the largest.
camera
None of the cameras of these three phones have changed much since last year’s S24 series. The standard S25 and S25 plus three rear cameras: a 50-megapixel main shooter, a 12-megapixel speeding camera and a 10-megapixel telephoto with 3x optical zoom.
The S25 Ultra enhances these features with a 200-megapixel main camera, a new 50-megapixel superspeed shooter and a dual telephoto camera: a 10-megapixel 3X optical zoom, and a 50-megapixel 5X optical zoom camera.
All three phones have a 12-megapixel front-facing camera that can take selfies, and all phones can shoot up to 8K videos from the rear camera.
Performance
Phones are roughly aligned in terms of performance, which is probably because all of their AI capabilities require a high-spec baseline. (We also heard about Apple’s iPhone.) All three phones pack 12GB of RAM, which could be the new baseline for using these features. Previously, the S24 only had 8GB of RAM.
These three packaging are customized versions of Qualcomm’s most advanced mobile chips. Snapdragon 8 Elite Launched last October, it features fast speeds and plenty of built-in AI capabilities. S25 phone is not the first phone to pack a chip Xiaomi 15 At the end of last year and OnePlus 13 Launched early this year – but Samsung’s latest phone is one of the initial packaging that utilizes Qualcomm’s most advanced phone silicon.
The storage volume of mobile phone packaging is increasing, with the S25 having 128GB or 256GB storage space, the S25 plus package 256GB or 512GB, and the S25 Ultra arrives at 256GB, 512GB or 1TB. As in previous years, no phone has a MICROSD slot or other way to physically expand storage, so you need to buy cloud storage options to save beyond its onboard storage.
The phones all come with Android 15, as well as Samsung’s One UI 7 overlay. These phones have been guaranteed by Samsung for seven years and security updates.
AI features
this New AI features In the S25 series, it’s probably its most defined feature, distinguishing it from last year’s S24 phones (it’s unclear or how many features will drip into older Samsung phones). All three S25 phones have access to the same AI capabilities.
One of the most important new AI features Samsung calls Cross App Actions – for example, “Find a vegetarian pet-friendly restaurant and text me a request, consult multiple apps for answers like Yelp and Messages. On request, Samsung or Google’s AI models will be used.
Samsung’s proprietary AI feature is AI Select, which recommends operations or applications, depending on your opinion. Simply swipe out from the screen to launch the edge panel (sidebar with application shortcuts) and click the AI selection button to make suggestions in the context of what you are looking at, such as setting up a GIF or your image Looking at the background of your phone.
Samsung also has a new feature called Conversation Search, which responds to more casual requests and makes contextual suggestions – so if you say “My eyes are hurting, can you help the screen?. This also Will help make photo search smarter, just like how Apple and Google use AI to improve their photo album search.
The circle of search features that debuted in last year’s S24 series is also being upgraded: audio is now recognisable, so you can say goodbye to Shazam. Samsung says new phones also have more personalized suggestions, such as suggesting thermostats when your phone sleeps better at a certain temperature (assuming health data comes from Samsung Galaxy Ring or Galaxy Watch).
Battery
Battery capacity is another area where a phone is different, although it is important to clarify that more capacity is not always related to the phone’s duration for longer. Regardless, brightness, GPS position tracking and other features can quickly lose your phone. But all cases are equal, and a larger battery means more battery life: the S25 has a 4,000-MAH battery, the S25 Plus comes with a 4,900-MAH battery, and the S25 Ultra has a 5,000-MAH battery.
Both the S25 and S25 Plus have 25W charging, and Samsung phones have been stuck for years as other leading Android flagships put them in trouble – OnePlus 13For example, in our test, there was a 100-watt charging (80-watt in the US) that completely reinstalled an empty battery in just half an hour. The S25 Ultra is slightly better with 45W charging, but especially the old ones on the most advanced phones in the Samsung Horse Stable.
All three phones have 15-watt wireless charging (same as you use the QI2 standard) as well as wireless PowerShare, which can use your own battery to juice other devices. While phones don’t have MagSafe magnetic connections in phones like Apple’s latest iPhones, they can be similar to the official Samsung and third examples with magnetic connectors.
in conclusion
Today, Samsung’s three phone lineup is very fixed on the stone, the lowest-priced S25 has the most incredible specifications, the larger S25 plus the user who wants more batteries, the S25 Ultra Ultra has the highest specifications , has S PEN function.
However, these lines are already a little blurred thanks to a full upgrade to 12GB of RAM, which makes storage and screen resolution the biggest difference between all phones. The huge leap between the S25 Plus and the S25 Ultra is still the latter’s more impressive camera and stylus, although at $300, the price is getting bigger and bigger.
