Hundreds march for stabbed Sheffield schoolboy

The parents of a teenage elementary school student were stabbed to death, resulting in an anti-knife crime parade.
Hundreds of people attended the fatal stabbing of 15-year-old Harvey Willgoose on Monday at All Saints Catholic High School in Sheffield on Monday.
As they walked from the city’s town hall to the Bramar Lane football field, family and friends were joined by football fans and others affected by the death of the teenager.
Harvey died after being stabbed in the chest. A 15-year-old boy has Accused of murder.
The parade organized by Sheffield United fans and charities is always an alternative to Mom United, and GMT begins at GMT before the match between Manchester United and Portsmouth.
Harvey’s mom Caroline Willgoose said the turnout was “amazing”.
“I just know everyone is feeling for us,” she said.
“That’s what keeps me through.”
She said on Wednesday, Sheffield United’s rival Sheffield fans “shouted his name” on the city’s tram during the day, and many of Portsmouth supporters also participated in the parade.
On Wednesday, there was a 15-minute match between West Bromwich Albion and Sheffield, with one minute of applause.
Mrs. Willgos said her son “will like” and saw supporters from different clubs sing his name.
The procession was held at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Handsworth.
“It was a very moving service,” Father Desmond Sexton said later outside the church.
“People hold their families very much in prayer.
People come together in various ways and will continue to do so.
“It’s exactly the feeling we’re together.”
A 15-year-old boy named for his age appeared in Sheffield Crown Court on Thursday, charged with murder, possessing a sword-blade article and affray.
The interim trial date is scheduled for June 30.
