“Aimee was therefore immediately suspended in international cricket under Article 6.1 of the Regulations,” the ICC added.
“Her suspension will remain in effect until she reassessesses the bowling action, which confirms that she can take legal action.”
Maguire did not compete in the two remaining days of Ireland in India, which Irish cricket said at the time provided her with “full support”.
