WSL: Bunny Shaw and Millie Bright abuse has ‘no place in football or society’
The Women’s Super League (WSL) organizers said the abuse against Manchester City forward Khadija’Bunny’Shaw and Chelsea defender Millie Bright “no place” in football or society.

Women’s Professional League Co., Ltd., which organizes WSL and Women’s Champions, said abuse will not be tolerated.
“We were shocked and sad to hear about the events that happened over the weekend,” a statement said.
“Players, coaches and officials should be able to suffer abuse in person or online without abuse and have no place in women’s football or the broader society.
“We are talking to the club and providing any support they may need.”
