The GM41 Lightweight is a super simple wired gaming mouse with a light weight, laser-like gamer focused on gaming rather than luxury features.

However, the rolling wheel is very fast, but still provides enough serve for a controlled bounce if needed. However, the scrolling click is a bit heavy, but it can be hard to shake at times, but thankfully, it’s safe enough to prevent unexpected error scrolling.
The side buttons are very thin but light and easy to use. They offer slightly more travel than you would expect, but they are satisfactorily attenuated, which makes their use more enjoyable than you expected.
However, while the cable is light, I find that it does cause resistance when doing large swipes. This problem seems to be due to the lack of angles of strain relief as it hardly lifts the first part of the cable from my desktop surface. Depending on the layout set up, this may not be a problem, but you may benefit from the GM41 lightweight job using mouse bungee jumping.
Thankfully, PTFE skates can smoothly slide on hard and soft surfaces, although they are thin and there is no spare set in the box. However, if you stick with the mouse pad, you should have no problem when moving the GM41 lightweight.
If you’re looking for a basic gaming mouse without extra buttons or features, the GM41 Lightweight is a reliable option. Its main competitors have similar prices, such as Benq’s EC mouse series. However, there are other things like cooler MM311 and Logitech The G305 Lightspeed is cheap and offers excellent gaming performance without cables.
