Lucy Letby’s lawyers apply for case to be reviewed by commission
The organization said that the convicted children’s serial killer, Lucy Letby, had applied to the Criminal Case Review Committee (CCRC) to investigate her case as a potential judicial abortion.
The 35 -year -old Letby, who was killed and murdered seven other seven attacks for murdering seven babies, including her attacking seven babies twice, he will serve 15 life imprisonment.
All crimes occurred between June 2015 and June 2016, when the nurse worked at the newborn department of the Chester Hospital.
CCRC confirmed that it “has received preliminary applications related to the Letby MS case, and the work has begun to evaluate the application.”

The CCRC spokesman said: “We know, there are many speculations and comments around the case of the Lucy Letby, most of which come from political parties and only some evidence.

The spokesman said that “confirming the innocence or guilt in the case” is not the work of CCRC and says it is a “court.”
The agency stated that it will now evaluate the application and determine whether there are new evidence to propose a reasonable opportunity to be overturned.
