Chelsea’s Sam Kerr called PC ‘stupid and white’, court hears
The jury was informed that Chelsea striker Samantha Kerr said in an incident in the southwestern London Police Department that a metropolis was “stupid and white”.
The Australian football player was charged in the trial in the early morning of January 30, 2023 to cause serious race harassment to PC Stephen Lovell.
It is said that Ms. Christie Mewis, a partner of Kerr, and her football player, when they were drove by a taxi driver to the TWICKENHAM police station, they were drinking. They complained that the passengers refused to refuse to be in one of them. Paying cleaning costs in life and illness, and one of them smashed the rear window of the vehicle.
Ms. Kerr, 31, denied any improper behavior.

Prosecutor Bill Emlyn Jones KC told the jury that PC Lovell was “shocked, frustrated and humiliated.”
Ms. Kyle described the whole situation as frustrated and “heating moments.”
Grace Forbes defended, he said, “No one raised his objection to what he said.
“But simply, even so, will not let you commit criminally criminal crimes.”
She added: “These words are about power, privileges, and how these things make perception comments, no matter how bad expression is expressed.”
According to the prosecution, Ms. Kerl and Ms. Mevis were drinking alcohol on the evening of January 29, 2023, and then decided to go home by taxi.
The driver later called the police to complain that a woman in his taxi was trying to smash the back window.
The court was informed that the operator suggested that the taxi driver was pulled out of the Twoknam Police Department and sought police assistance there.
PC Lovell and a police car marked with other PCs to the station, and arrived at the same time at about 02:20 at the Standard time of Greenwich.
Mr. Emlyn Jones said: “The officer saw Ms. Kel climbing out of the rear window of the taxi.”
The court was informed that Ms. Kyle and Ms. Mevis approached the police car in a “distressed state.”
The prosecutor continued: “Inside the police station, Ms. Kerl said that the taxi driver had collected them, but then refused to bring them to Ms. Christ’s address.
“They felt that the taxi driver was kidnapping them, so they broke the rear window to escape and raise the alarm.
PC Lovell returned to the outside to check the loss of taxis.
“The taxi driver explained that one of his passengers was sick. He asked them to pay the cost of cleaning up the cost, and they refused.
“It was he called the police.”
The jury was told that PC Lovell tried to explain what the taxi driver said, but they have been disturbing him.

When the PC Lovell answered “they can’t do that”, Ms. Kerr vowed to the officer that they called them “stupid and white” twice.
