Eritrea: Annual Activity Assessment Meeting of the National Association of Eritrean War Disabled Veterans (NAEWDV) Central Committee
The Central Committee of the National Association of Disability Veterans (NAEWDV) of the Eritrea War National Committee held an annual evaluation meeting in Asmara on January 31.
The report proposed at the meeting focuses on activities that aim to improve members’ economic ability to improve their livelihoods, and enable them to be members of society’s self -support and effective members. These reports also emphasize the role of stakeholders in supporting these efforts.
Provide a briefing to a vocational training program designed to develop members’ abilities. In addition, the report introduces members who have repaired through agricultural plans, poultry and beekeeping activities, and small -scale trade.
Mr. Mohammed-Nur IDris, director of the association and information director, pointed out that it has adopted encouragement efforts to enable members to be able to make themselves. He called on government agencies and stakeholders to strengthen their participation and contribution to these initiatives.
The Central Committee also elected Mr. Fesehaye Tesfamicael as the new chairman of the association.
According to reports, priority tasks in 2025 include the contribution of strengthening stakeholders, recruiting new members, designing new projects, improving the association’s economic capabilities, and improving their tissue capabilities of their branches.
