Tottenham head coach Robert Vilahamn on being male boss in WSL

“I hope more and more (women) will become head coaches. I hope to become female coaches in men’s games.
“But the way I do is to ensure that I am an ally of gender equality, and I have a coach of different ages around me (especially female coaches) around me (especially female coaches).
“What you can say to me, but if I can do it, I choose a woman instead of a man, because I think someone needs to do so, because (occurring) is the opposite.”
Earlier this month, he brought his former Mexican International Bri Campos to his coaching group, led by senior assistant head coach Vicky Jepson, Virhhamm (Vilahamn) praised the two groups.
He said: “Their knowledge is amazing, and you will not find that if you dare not try to do so.” He added that he also knew that he had to have women’s insights when working in women’s football.

“The best employee group is those with different ages and gender. You will get a better environment for (A).”
