Marilyn Manson sexual assault investigation dropped by lawyers
California Prosecutor said on Friday that a few years of investigations on rock star Marilyn Manson and domestic violence have been revoked.
The prosecutor stated in a statement that Manson’s allegations beyond the time limit for litigation and added that “we cannot prove the allegations of sexual assault without reasonable doubt.”
Four women filed a lawsuit against Mansen (the legal name named Bryin Warner), accusing him of rape, sexual assault and physical injury.
Warner repeatedly denied these allegations through his lawyers and reprimanded these allegations as “lies”.
Warner’s lawyer Howe Kim said in a statement to the BBC that they were “very satisfied” with the decision, and his client always insisted that he was innocent.
Four women who have accused Warner’s sexual abuse and physical abuse include models Ashley Morgan Smith, and the former personal assistant of Ashley Waltes, the former personal assistant of Esmei Bianeko and Warner Essence The fourth lady chose to maintain anonymous.

The authorities began investigations in 2021 to investigate the suspected incidents that occurred in Western Hollywood lived in Warner from 2009 to 2011.
