Emma Raducanu looks for a new coach after Nick Cavaday steps back
Former childhood coach Cavaday had known her since the age of 10, and he proved a more stable existence.
Raducanu said in December last year that she likes Cavaday’s continuity and added that this is not her “chopping and changing the philosophy of coach.”
She said to a small group of British reporters at the National Tennis Center: “I never really wanted to live.
“When I like it, this is a good energy, which is a good feeling.
“I also saw my development on the court last year and outside.”
Cavaday, 38, cooperated with Raducanu to the Australian Open, where she lost in the third round of the competition.
Since leaving Melbourne, Raducanu and fitness coach Yutaka Nakamura went to Singapore to participate in the WTA 250 event.
Cavadi said: “In the past 14 months, I am glad to be able to cooperate with Emma.”
“At this moment, for me, it is important to spend more time at home and restore health. This is very important to be related to a large number of calendar.
“I am glad to be established in the tour, ranking the top 60, I look forward to her work from here.”
