Australian Open 2025: Novak Djokovic unsure on Melbourne return after retiring injured from semi-final
Novak Djokovic said that if he is still “healthy, healthy, and motivated”, he will return to the Australian Open next year.
The 37 -year -old Sai tribe aimed at the 11th men’s singles champion to win the record in the semi -finals of Alexander Zverev on Friday.
When he left Rod Laver, he raised two thumbs to 15,000 fans, and he often described it as his “second hometown”.
Djokovic said whether it was likely to be his last appearance in Melbourne Park, Djokovic said. “I don’t know. I have a chance. Who knows? I just need to see how this season is done.
“I want to continue. But I’m not sure if I want to arrange the schedule next year.”
This is the second year of Djokovic’s lost in Melbourne semi -finals.
Djokovic has revoked his schedule in recent seasons and gives priority to participating in the largest competition-the four Grand Slam.
The first person in the world ranked No. 25 to avoid the Margaret court in Australia from 1960 to 1973.
The Australian Open was a place where Djokovic enjoyed the success of the Grand Slam, followed by Wimbledon, and he won seven championships.
He also won three French Open and four US Open Champions.
The seventh seed Djokovic added: “I usually like to play in Australia.”
“I have achieved the greatest success in my career here. Therefore, if I am healthy, healthy, and motivated, I can’t see the reason I won’t come.
“But there is always a chance (this is the last time).”
