Shares of artificial intelligence-related companies soared on Wednesday after the Trump administration announced $500 billion joint venture With Oracle (ORCL), OpenAI and SoftBank have fueled optimism about a wave of AI investment.

Morgan Stanley analysts told clients on Wednesday that the project could represent “significant revenue opportunities that could begin this year” for Oracle, with some of the company’s initial $100 billion investment appearing to be earmarked for Oracle’s Texas-based Data center in Abilene, ST.

The project, dubbed “Stargate,” is also “positive” for Microsoft (Microsoft Corporation) analysts said, as a supporter of OpenAI and a partner in the initiative.

Oracle shares rose nearly 8% in intraday trading Wednesday, extending gains from Tuesday before the news, while Microsoft shares rose nearly 4%.

As a key technology partner for the program, Nvidia (NVDA) and Arm Holdings (arm) was also among the companies whose share prices rose, with Arm’s shares soaring 15% and Nvidia’s shares climbing nearly 5%.

Shares of several of Nvidia’s partners and other companies in the AI ​​chipmaker ecosystem, including Dell (Dell), TSMC (TSM) and Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HP), also obtained.

Wedbush analysts said they believe the project could also represent “the beginning of a massive wave of AI investment in the U.S.,” with more announcements expected in the coming weeks.
