Tunisia: Business Forum discusses investment opportunities
The Tunisia-Oman Business Forum was held in Tunis, the capital of Tunisia, aiming to strengthen economic and trade cooperation between the two countries and explore investment opportunities in various fields.
This event is part of a series of activities and exchange visits between Chinese government officials and business people Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry and their counterparts Tunisian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The forum included working sessions showcasing investment opportunities in Oman and Tunisia.
Representatives of the investment authorities of Tunisia and Oman presented details of existing projects and current procedures to promote investments. Bilateral meetings were organized between businessmen to discuss potential avenues of cooperation and exchange expertise.

He highlighted Tunisia’s investment opportunities in areas such as renewable energy, information technology, food industry and tourism. He invited Omani investors to take advantage of the facilities offered by Tunisia to attract foreign investments.
Dr. Hilal Abdullah Ali Alsanani, Ambassador of Oman to the Republic of Tunisiaexpressed that Oman hopes to strengthen cooperation with Tunisia in various fields.
He pointed to the strong historical ties between the two countries and spoke of efforts to encourage Tunisian companies to invest in Oman. He emphasized that both parties are committed to promoting communication between entrepreneurs and providing support for promoting bilateral partnerships.
