Former NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani reaches settlement in dispute over Florida condo, World Series rings
New York – Former New York City Mayor Rudolph Giuliani has reached a settlement with two former Georgia election workers over ownership of his Florida condo and three World Series rings.
They were part of Giuliani’s $148 million verdict.
The deal means a bench trial originally scheduled for Thursday is no longer needed.

Giuliani posted a message on social media.
“I have reached a lawsuit settlement with the plaintiff that will satisfy the plaintiff. The settlement does not involve an admission of liability or wrongdoing by either party. I am satisfied with it and have no dissatisfaction that I have been able to retain my New York Apartment and Florida and all of my personal belongings, no one should be threatened, harassed or intimidated by this lawsuit. Giuliani has previously been found to be scorned
Just last week, the judge in the case Giuliani found scorned and failed to turn over information about some of its assets to attorneys for election workers. As a result, he was prohibited from giving some evidence.
Giuliani was also found in contempt of court last week in Washington, D.C., where a judge found that he continued to defame election workers.
Thursday’s proceedings are about whether he can prove the Florida condo is his intended residence.
Giuliani has surrendered his New York apartment, a car, luxury watches and other assets.
