Surprise Call of Duty Double XP Week Starts Now in Black Ops 6
The new Zombies map isn’t the only killer surprise in 115 Day 2025. Black Ops 6 players can return to slaying zombies (or their brethren) in six days of Double XP action, with developer Treyarch announcing that the latest Double XP Week will take place Wednesday, January 15th to Tuesday, January 21st.
Anyone playing Black Ops 6 will have universal Double Player XP, Double Weapon XP, Double Battle Pass XP, and Double Gobblegum Earning Rate applied to their account during the event – Treyarch is calling it Double XP Week The “Four Feeds”. The double Battle Pass XP boost will help any players who are lagging behind eke out the last few levels they need before Black Ops 6 Season 2 begins on Tuesday, January 28.
The latest Double XP Week has begun in Black Ops 6, which means You’ll earn double XP in any multiplayer match or zombies game you play now.
this Squid game linkage event also still runs as part of Black Ops 6 Season 1 Content Cycleso players can take advantage of the double XP weekend to upgrade the new Cleaver melee weapon, or try to get some of the new Energy Barrels and Timeout Gobblegums that were added to Zombies earlier this season.

When does Double XP Week start in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6?
During the event, players will benefit from double player and weapon XP as well as double Gobblegum drop rates.
This pair of XP Week was originally scheduled for Wednesday, January 15 at 1 p.m. ET.

If possible, it’s worth starting the game before a gaming session – as with every Black Ops 6 patch, the update will require you to download new content and restart the app.
While this patch only doubles experience points, it’s still worth preparing your game before you sit down to play. A larger upcoming patch will include Tomb, the next Zombies map in the continuation of the Dark Aether saga.
