In countries like India where the app is banned, users are unable to download the app or the content does not load if the app has already been downloaded.
However, some experts say that TikTok will slowly become less usable over time because it will stop updating once it is removed from the US App Store and Google Play
While it’s still unclear what the app will look like on the 19th, some users are downloading their videos, likes, comments and other information in case they lose all access.

Your saved videos will be downloaded as TikTok links rather than downloadable videos.
If you don’t receive all posts, try downloading them one by one manually.
