When to watch the Los Angeles Chargers vs. Houston Texans game?

  • The Chargers-Texans game will air on CBS and live on Paramount Plus.

The Houston Texans are back in the playoffs for the second consecutive year. They went 10-7 this season with an offense led by sophomore quarterback C.J. Stroud and sophomore defensive end Will Anderson Jr. and veteran end Danielle Hunter (Danielle Hunter) defense and won the AFC South title.

The Chargers missed the playoffs last season, but first-year head coach Jim Harbaugh led the team to an 11-6 record and an AFC wild-card berth. Quarterback Justin Herbert has found a new favorite target in rookie receiver Ladd McConkey, running back JK Dobbins is Los Angeles’ No. In one year he became a candidate for Comeback Player of the Year.

Chargers and Texans tip off in Houston Saturday at 4:30 PM ET (1:30 PM PT). The film is available nationwide on CBS or on Paramount Plus.

The fifth-ranked Los Angeles Chargers will face the fourth-ranked Houston Texans on Saturday in the first game of the NFL’s Wild Card Weekend, televised live on CBS.

How to watch Chargers vs. Texans game

You can watch the game on your local CBS station with a cable or satellite TV subscription or through an over-the-air antenna. Most live TV streaming services, e.g. YouTube TV and Hulu Plus Live TV Also carries your local CBS station (see below).

If you don’t subscribe to CBS’ TV service and want to watch the games, you can subscribe to Paramount Plus for $8 per month.

You can also subscribe NFL+the NFL’s own streaming service, is $7 a month, but streaming is limited to viewing on a phone or tablet (not a TV).
