Mother pays tearful tribute to Kelyan Bokassa
The tearful mother of a 14-year-old boy stabbed to death on a bus in south-east London said he loved music and cared about the people around him.
Kelyan Bokassa died shortly after being attacked on a 472 double-decker bus in Woolwich Church Street at around 14:30 GMT on Tuesday.
His mother Mary Bokassa told the BBC he was also “friendly” and had a talent for drawing.
No arrests have been made yet, but detectives said they were “intensifying” their search for those responsible.
Police, paramedics and the London Air Ambulance were called to the scene after a patrol officer raised the alarm.
Paramedics attempted to treat the boy’s injuries, but he died a short time later.
