Oklahoma, which trailed by 13 points in the second quarter, rallied to win after trailing by at least 12 points for the fourth straight game.
The defending champions had scored no fewer than 44 points in a half this season, but only scored 27 in the second half at Oklahoma City’s Paycom Center.
The win improved Oklahoma’s record to 30-5 and extended their lead at the top of the Western Conference.
The game was the second of three straight games against the top three teams in the Eastern Conference for the Thunder, who defeated the third-ranked New York Knicks on Friday.
They face the Eastern Conference leaders on Wednesday The Cleveland Cavaliers defeated the Charlotte Hornets 115-105 at home and won ten consecutive games.
Darius Garland scored 25 points for Cleveland, while Jarrett Allen and Donovan Mitchell scored 19 points each.
Jalen Green scored 33 points, Amen Thompson scored 23 and the Houston Rockets defeated the Los Angeles Lakers 119-115 in Houston.
The Sacramento Kings defeated the Golden State Warriors 129-99 in San Francisco for their fourth consecutive victory.
McCollum scored 25 points as the New Orleans Pelicans defeated the Washington Wizards 110-98 and the Utah Jazz defeated the Orlando Magic 105-92.
