Nigel Farage distances himself from Elon Musk on Tommy Robinson
UK Reform Party leader Nigel Farage joins Elon Musk on jailed far-right activist Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, also known as Tong Robinson) kept his distance.

But Musk’s support for Yaxley-Lennon has unsettled Farage, who has made clear for years that he does not want her in his party.
Speaking at the Reform UK East Midlands conference in Leicester on Friday, Farage said Musk “has a variety of views, some of which I strongly agree with, and others of which I am more silent”.
Nonetheless, Farage described Musk as a “brilliant newcomer” to American politics.
He said Musk was the “hero” of acquiring Twitter. “At least with Elon’s help, we regained free speech,” he added.
“Whether we like everything he says or not, he is a hero,” Farage said.
Musk is said to be interested in making a significant donation to Reform UK, and Farage believes he remains “very helpful” to the party’s cause.
On Friday, Health Secretary Weiss Streeting slams Musk for attacking government’s handling of sting gangscalling it “misjudged and certainly misleading.”
In a series of messages on X, Musk accused Sir Keir Starmer of failing to prosecute gangs that systematically groom and rape young girls and called for Security Minister Jesse Phillips to be jailed.
Asked about his comments, Streeting said the government “takes the issue of child sexual exploitation very seriously”.
Conservatives also criticized Musk for “sharing things that were factually inaccurate.”
