The cafe helping prisoners escape a life of crime
A former prisoner whose job in a cafe helped him win his freedom is now enjoying his first holiday in years at home.
Lee Jack was paroled in early December after serving time in prison for his involvement in drugs and organized crime.
In the months before his release, he was an employee at Perth’s Rascals cafe, a social enterprise that helps people with troubled pasts turn their lives around.
