College Football Playoff: Quarterfinal Matchups, TV Schedule, How to Watch and More
12-man team college football playoff It’s now an eight-team playoff. There weren’t any upsets in the first round, which set up some important quarterfinal matchups, starting with No. 3 Boise State and No. 6 Penn State in the Fiesta Bowl on New Year’s Eve. Three more quarterfinals will be played on New Year’s Day, with No. 4 Arizona State taking on No. 5 Texas in the Peach Bowl, No. 1 Oregon State and No. 8 Ohio State taking on Played against No. 2 Georgia in the Rose Bowl and No. 7 Notre Dame in the Sugar Bowl.

College Football Playoff TV Schedule
The CFP will resume play with its first quarterfinal games on New Year’s Eve and the national championship game on Monday, January 20th. Each game will be televised on ESPN. Here is the remaining schedule (all times Eastern):

Tuesday, December 31
- Fiesta Bowl: No. 3 Boise State vs. No. 6 Penn State, 7:30 p.m.
Wednesday, January 1
- Peach Bowl: No. 4 Arizona State vs. No. 5 Texas, 1 p.m.
- Rose Bowl: No. 1 Oregon vs. No. 8 Ohio State, 5 p.m.
- Sugar Bowl: No. 2 Georgia vs. No. 7 Notre Dame, 8:45 p.m.

How to watch CFP without cable
