Lindsey Vonn impresses on World Cup return after coming out of retirement
Three-time Olympic skiing medalist Lindsey Vonn returned to the World Cup after more than five years away from the sport, finishing an impressive 14th in the super-G in St. Moritz.
The 40-year-old American retired in February 2019 but announced that she Official comeback in November Knee surgery was successful.

“The last few years of my career, I was in survival mode.
“Now that I’m stronger, I’m not thinking about my knees anymore. I’m thinking about how I’m going to execute the game. It’s a completely different mentality than I had before.”
