Infobip Data Reveals Record Cyber Week Communications Interactions
Global communications platform Infobip (www.Infobip.com) reported record-breaking communication interactions during Cyber ​​Week, underscoring the growing importance of conversational experiences. From Friday, November 29, to Monday, December 2, the platform recorded 11.6 billion communication interactions, a 41% increase over last year.
The data highlights the growing preference for conversational experiences, where customers can seamlessly complete their entire journey from browsing to purchasing on a single channel. This year, text messages, emails and WhatsApp combined generated 5.5 billion interactions. Notably, email interactions have increased significantly by 94% compared to 2023.
The data further shows a significant increase in the number of interactions on Saturday, November 30 and Sunday, December 1, with the number of interactions increasing from 3 billion during the same period in 2023 to over 5.1 billion. This trend highlights the growing number of businesses and brands engaging with cost-conscious consumers outside of Black Friday and Cyber ​​Monday.
