The battle of Pennsylvania is the Eagles 11-2 versus the Steelers 10-3. The Eagles have won nine straight and take control of the NFC East, with Saquon Barkley having an MVP-level performance in his first season in Philadelphia. With the conference round over, the Eagles still have a lot of games to play down the stretch: They trail the Lions by a game for the top seed in the conference and a first-round bye in the playoffs.

The Steelers have won seven of their last eight games and are two games ahead of the Ravens in the AFC North. However, the Steelers face a tough situation at the end of the season, with the division still up in the air. After today’s game against the Eagles, they’ll take on a potentially division-defining game in Baltimore before facing off against the division-leading Chiefs and dangerous Bengals at home.

The Steelers and Eagles tip off in Philadelphia at 4:25 pm on Fox (1:25 pm PT). Even if your local Fox channel doesn’t carry the game, here’s how you can watch it.

A VPN is also the best way to stop your ISP from throttling your speeds on game day, since a VPN encrypts your traffic. Additionally, using a VPN is a good idea when you find yourself connected to a Wi-Fi network while traveling and want extra privacy for your devices and logins.

With a VPN, you can virtually change your location on your phone, tablet, or laptop to access games. So, if your internet provider or mobile operator gave you an IP address that incorrectly showed your location in a blackout zone, a VPN can correct the problem by giving you the correct IP address in a non-blackout zone. Most VPNs, such as ours Editor’s recommendation, ExpressVPNvery easy to use.

Using a VPN to watch or stream sports events is legal in any country where VPNs are legal, including the United States and Canada, as long as you have a legal subscription to the service you are streaming. You should make sure your VPN is set up correctly to prevent leaks: even when the VPN is legal, the streaming service may terminate the account of anyone it believes is circumventing properly applied blocking restrictions.

Quick Tips for Using a VPN to Live Stream the Steelers vs. Eagles Game

  • Due to the influence of four variables – your ISP, browser, video streaming provider and VPN – experience and success may vary.
  • If you don’t see the location you want as ExpressVPN’s default option, try using the “Search city or country” option.
  • If you can’t get the game after turning on your VPN and setting it to the correct viewing area, here are two methods you can try for a quick fix. First, log into your streaming service subscription account and make sure the address registered to the account is for the correct viewing area. If not, you may need to change the physical address on record in your account. Secondly, some smart TVs (like Roku) don’t have VPN apps that can be installed directly on the device itself. Instead, you have to install a VPN on your router or the mobile hotspot you’re using (such as your phone) so that any devices on its Wi-Fi network now appear in the correct viewing location.
  • All of the VPN providers we recommend have helpful instructions on their main websites to help you quickly install a VPN on your router. In some cases, when using Smart TV services, after installing your cable network’s Sports app, you will be asked to verify a digital code or click on a link sent to your Smart TV’s email address on file. Installing a VPN on your router will also help, as both devices will show up in the correct location.
  • Keep in mind that despite using a VPN, browsers often still reveal location, so make sure you use a privacy-first browser to log into your service. We usually recommend brave.
