I’m pretty well versed in sports, but Connection:Sports Edition This is by far the hardest puzzle in the New York Times game I play regularly. Currently, the game is in beta, which means The New York Times is testing it to see if it’s popular before adding it to the site’s gaming app. You can play it for free every day for the next few weeks – and then we’ll see if it holds up. I did okay on the sports version, but there are a few I think I might do better, like movie, music, or TV-themed puzzles. That said, while I do group the blue answers together, I would never in a million years choose the theme that ties them together.
