I don’t know why the New York Times Waddell Today’s game was too difficult for me. I mean, I knew the answer was that word. Of course, before I think of the word, I usually think of fruits spelled in a similar way, but what’s my question? The answer also uses vowels which I least consider, which always confuses me.
Now, a story. I’m a huge fan of “The Brady Bunch.” When a college friend and I were writing a book about pop culture in the 1970s and ’80s, that friend gave me four small juice glasses that were actually used on the show. (I broke one of them, but carefully guard and use the other three occasionally.) Why did I mention The Brady Bunch? Because today’s Wordle answer is the last name of one of the Brady child actors. Need another tip? It’s not “Marcia, Marcia, Marcia!”
