World Hero Golf Challenge: Scottie Scheffler ties record for most wins in season

Scottie Scheffler ended a dominant year with a stunning 9-under 63 to defend the Hero World Challenge by six strokes.

The world No. 1, who won the Masters and Olympic gold in 2024, capped a bogey-free round at 25 under to capture his ninth title of the year, a tie. record.

“It’s been a great year and a fun year,” Scheffler added.

“I’ve had a little time to reflect, but I’m not quite sure how to evaluate it. It’s been really surreal, it’s been fun, and I’m really grateful.”
