Kent cricket: Adam Hollioake appointed new men’s head coach
Kent has named Adam Holyoke as its new men’s head coach.
The former Surrey captain has signed with the team until the end of the 2027 season.
His most recent position was assistant coach at Surrey through the 2024 season, where he has spent the majority of his career.

“This is a fantastic opportunity for me to work with a great team of players and be involved in a county with such a rich history of success.
“County cricket is something I hold very dear and this was an opportunity I couldn’t refuse.”
Holyoke played four England Tests as an all-rounder and captained the national one-day team before retiring in 2007.
He has worked as a coach with the Hong Kong national team and the England Lions and was the batting coach for the Pakistan team during their 2023 tour of Australia.
Kent will begin their County Championship campaign with a trip to Northamptonshire on April 4th.
