Harry Kane: England striker out with hamstring strain say Bayern Munich
Bayern Munich have revealed that Harry Kane will be sidelined “temporarily” after the forward suffered a minor hamstring strain against Borussia Dortmund on Saturday.
The England captain was substituted in the 33rd minute with his team trailing, although Jamal Musiala Saved the last point for Bayern.
On Sunday, the club said scans confirmed Kane had suffered a “minor muscle strain” in his right hamstring.
Kane, 31, has had another strong start to the season, scoring 20 goals in 19 games in all competitions.
Bayern still have five games before the Christmas break, with a DFB-Pokal tie against Bayer Leverkusen on Tuesday, followed by league games against Heidenheim, Mainz and RB Leipzig, and a Champions League tie against Shakhtar Donetsk.
