How to play Wired: Sports Edition
The rules are almost the same as the regular game. You are given 16 words and asked to sort them into four groups that are related to each other in some way. The main difference is that all words and categories have some sort of sports collocation. Sometimes the categories seem obvious, but the game tries to trick you by using sports-related words, which can be divided into groups. And the difficulty of the four groups of words is different. Yellow is the easiest and purple is the hardest, but you won’t know which color group is which until you solve the puzzle.
But you don’t have to be a sports fan to play Connections: Sports Edition, although it helps to know a few different sports and athletes. These words may include player names, team names, or sports-related activities.
