I Saved My Crappy TV With This Streaming Soundbar, and It’s on Sale for Black Friday
black friday is a Great time to buy a new TV There is a discount, but Be careful. A few years ago, I bought a 65 inch TV for a Affordable price Only to find that the audio and streaming capabilities are much worse than I thought.
After a few months, I already had major problems with my TV: the speakers were poor, the smart TV interface was lagging, and many apps were missing from the built-in app store. I know it will make some compromises but I don’t think the truth will hit this Hard and fast.

How the Roku Streambar made my mediocre TV better
Unlike regular streaming media players, the Roku Streambar is both a streaming device and High quality soundbar. The Streambar features Roku’s streaming player, which delivers 4K HDR streaming to your TV, as well as a library of apps like Max, Disney Plus, and Netflix so you can watch live and local TV channels, as well as live sports. The Roku streaming interface doesn’t lag like the one on my TV, and it’s missing a lot of apps, so that’s two upgrades.
On the audio front, you get a four-speaker soundbar with Dolby Audio. I placed the Roku Streambar in front of the TV, and the difference in sound was noticeable: dialogue was clearer; Sound effects are louder and clearer. I feel more immersed in the shows and movies I watch than I would with the built-in speakers.
The Roku Streambar did lack the bass I was looking for, so I paired it with Roku Wireless Bass ($130) for bass. You can even add multiple Roku wireless speakers ($149) for a full surround sound experience, but that was a bit overkill for my apartment, so I’m happy with the Streambar and Wireless Bass, both of which upgraded my viewing experience — and I didn’t even have to buy a new one TV.
At least not yet.
