Ulster Rugby: Iain Henderson and Rob Herring sign contract extensions
Ireland internationals Ian Henderson and Rob Herring have signed contract extensions with Ulster.

Herring’s new deal will keep the hooker at the Belfast club until 2026.
Henderson, who has 82 caps for Ireland, said he felt “energized” about continuing to lead Ulster for the first time under head coach Richie Murphy. A full season.
Five-time Six Nations winner Henderson said: “We are building a squad with a new core of players whose talent and experience I am confident will drive us forward.”
“As a proud Ulsterman, I enjoy playing for the club and I’m excited about our move forward.”
Second row Henderson, 32, has made 150 appearances for Ulster since making his debut in 2012.
As well as his success in Ireland, he has been selected for the British and Irish Lions twice, being named in the 2017 and 2021 squads.
