Opening Ceremony of African Café Week

Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Thailand

On November 13, 2024, Ms. Tongrudee Makboon, Deputy Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Abderrahim Rahhaly, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Morocco to Thailand, and Ms. Hala Youssef Ahmed Ragab, Ambassador of the Arab Republic, Egypt and Thailand jointly organized the African Coffee Week at Buakaew Brew by APCD located in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Opening event. The event was attended by senior executives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, diplomats from African embassies in Thailand, media persons and representatives of Ethiopian Airlines.

Africa Coffee Week takes place from 13 to 20 November 2024. The event opened on the opening day with a coffee brewing demonstration and a selection of pastries from the embassies of Egypt, Nigeria and Morocco. A variety of beverages made from African coffee beans, tea leaves and cocoa, sponsored by the African Embassy in Thailand and Ethiopian Airlines, highlighted the continent’s world-class, high-quality products.
