Nations League: What next as group stage ends and how is World Cup affected?
The promotion and relegation play-offs will be held in March.
In these games, the third-placed team in the First Division will play a two-leg match against the second-placed team in the Second Division, with the winner playing in the First Division.
At the same time, the third-placed team in the B-League will play against the second-placed team in the C-League, and the winner will get a seat in the B-League.
In the end, the two countries at the bottom of the C-League and with the best record will face off against the runner-up of the D-League.
League A/B playoffs: Austria, Belgium, Greece, Hungary, Scotland, Serbia, Turkey and Ukraine.
League B/C play-offs: Armenia, Bulgaria, Georgia, Iceland, Kosovo or Romania, Republic of Ireland, Slovakia and Slovenia.
League C/D playoffs: Gibraltar, Latvia, Luxembourg and Malta.
