Marriott International CEO Anthony Capuano told CNBC on Monday that Marriott International’s business operations and growth are solid despite corporate layoffs and a sluggish domestic travel market in China. Demand and high occupancy rates in Japan, the Middle East and Western Europe are driving global growth, he said.
