Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta says the club does not need a “reset” despite taking just one point from their last three Premier League games.
The Gunners were beaten by Newcastle United last weekend, having previously drawn with Liverpool and lost to Bournemouth.
The team is in poor form, seven points behind league leaders Liverpool, and Wednesday’s 0-1 defeat to Inter Milan means they are currently 12th in the 36-team Champions League table.
“I don’t think about it (needing a reset),” Arteta said. “No one works harder than me, I promise you.
“We don’t need to reset. We need to go from 95 (effort) to 100 in one particular area. I’m not going to tell you what that is.”
Arsenal travel to London rivals Chelsea in the Premier League on Sunday.
Martin Odegaard will be in the squad against the Blues after returning from injury in Wednesday’s defeat at San Siro.
However, Declan Rice, who was absent for the Italy game, remains a doubt.
Arteta said: “I have to be very vague about Rice because it’s unclear whether he will be fit for the weekend.”
“He hasn’t trained yet and it’s unclear if he will be able to play.”
Arteta said that while Odegaard is available, a decision has yet to be made on his suitability to start.
